CCI Restoration Services is a Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Certified firm, and has technicians on staff that are certified in Carpet Cleaning.  Many carpet manufacturers recognize the IICRC certification and are moving to requiring that carpets be cleaned by an IICRC certified technician.  Don't settle for just anyone to clean your carpet, make sure you ask about certification for carpet cleaning.

Many people call and shop prices for carpet cleaning.  Some companies will offer you a flat rate for so many rooms without ever seeing your carpet, then when they get there they say it will cost more or they do a sub-standard job that leaves you with a bad taste for carpet cleaners.  When calling carpet cleaning companies, ask why they charge what they charge, ask if they move furniture, if they do a pre-vacuuming to lift the deeply imbedded dirt that has been walked on, and ask them about the cleaning solutions they use.  A thoroughly cleaned carpet is a healthy carpet and will make the carpet last long.
